After launching the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 globally, the South-Korean tech giant is gearing up to launch the Galaxy A82 smartphone.

The company is also rumoured to rebrand the smartphone as Galaxy Quantum 2 on South Korean carrier SK Telecom.

Today, the retail box and design of a Samsung smartphone has surfaced online and Now the complete specifications of the smartphone have leaked.

According to a Tweet by @FrontTron, the smartphone is Galaxy Quantum 2/Galaxy A82 and soon expected to go official.

As per the reports, the Samsung Galaxy Quantum 2 is expected to open for pre-orders in South Korea starting April 13 and launch on April 23.

The report claims that the alleged Quantum 2/A82 smartphone will likely come with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support and 800 nits of peak brightness.

It is also expected to feature in-display fingerprint scanner, IP67 water and dust resistance rating, Dolby ATMOS technology, dual speakers,etc.

In terms of performance, the smartphone will get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and is expected to run Android 11 OS out of the box.

As per the speculations, the Galaxy A82 is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup with 64MP primary sensor with OIS.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Samsung Pay with MST, Wi-Fi, 4G, VoLTE and more.

As per the leaked box image from earlier today, the smartphone is expected to offer a 15W charger in the box.

However, like other recently launched Samsung smartphones, the Galaxy A82 might also support 25W fast charging.
